PCET and Indonesia’s University of Negeri, Jakarta release guidebook for students


Pimpri, Pune (August 21, 2026) Various initiatives are being implemented in all branches of Pimpri Chinchwad Education Trust to create effective collaborations that promote innovation, research excellence, academic mobility, inter-faculty education and global reach, under which work is underway with many renowned universities and institutions abroad, informed PCET Executive Director Dr. Girish Desai.

A delegation from Indonesia’s University of Negeri, Jakarta recently visited Pimpri Chinchwad Education Trust. On this occasion, the topic of strengthening the educational, cultural and research partnership between both universities. Exploring new opportunities for global collaboration was discussed.

On this occasion, PCET Executive Director Dr. Girish Desai, Clinical Psychologist from Indonesia’s University of Negeri, Jakarta Dr. Iriani Indri Hapsari, Clinical Psychologist Davinta Ariani, Educational Psychologist Dr. Dsyanti, Neuropsychologist Dr. Ratna Dyah Suryaratri and Student Representative Dariel Rasya, Head of PCET’s Center for European Studies Dr. Aishwarya Gopalakrishnan, Director of International Relations of PCU Dr. Shankar Devsarkar, Dean of Science and Head of Department Prof. Ruchi Kuthiyala, Saurabh Chavan etc. were present.

On this occasion, a guidebook ‘Supporting Minds: A Practical Guide to Psychological and Mental Health First Aid for University Students’ was released in collaboration with Pimpri Chinchwad University Pune and University of Negeri Jakarta. The delegation visited PCCOE and interacted with the students.
The educational tour was organized under the guidance of Pimpri Chinchwad Education Trust President Dnyaneshwar Landge, Vice President Padmatai Bhosale, Secretary Vitthal Kalbhor, Treasurer Shantaram Garade, Trustee Harshvardhan Patil, Entrepreneur Narendra Landge, Ajinkya Kalbhor, Executive Director Dr. Girish Desai.
