Pimpri, Pune (August 11, 2026) \u2013<\/strong> Creating a skilled workforce is essential to realize the dream of a developed India and to harness high-quality technology. Pimpri Chinchwad Education Trust (PCET) has signed Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with various international entities. As a result, students and professors can participate in international-level discussions, seminars, and educational tours. Under this Agreements, delegations from the embassies of Croatia, Egypt, Kenya, and Somalia visited the PCET campus and attended a cultural program at S.B. Patil Public School in Ravet. Dnyaneshwar Landge, Chairman of the Pimpri Chinchwad Education Trust, provided this information.<\/p>\n

Delegations from the embassies of Croatia, Egypt, Kenya, and Somalia recently visited the PCET campus. The visiting dignitaries included Branimir Farkas (Deputy Head of Mission, Embassy of the Republic of Croatia), Dr. Ayat Saad Ahmed Ismail (Head of Cultural and Educational Relations, Embassy of Egypt), Ann Kasichana (Second Secretary, Embassy of Kenya), Abdirisak Sed Nur (Commercial Attach\u00e9, Embassy of Somalia), and Lamia Shanta (Secretary, Embassy of Egypt). They were welcomed by PCET Chairman Dnyaneshwar Landge, Vice President Padmatai Bhosale, Secretary Vitthal Kalbhor, Treasurer Shantaram Garade, Trustee Harshvardhan Patil, Entrepreneur Narendra Landge, Ajinkya Kalbhor, and Executive Director Dr. Girish Desai.<\/p>\n

Also present were Dr. Aishwarya Gopalakrishnan (Head, Centre for Western Studies, PCET), Dr. Roshani Raut (Dean, International Relations, PCOE), Dr. Sandeep Patil (Associate Dean), Dr. Umesh Potdar (Head, Tata Motors Diploma Program, PCU), Dr. Bindu Saini (Principal, S.B. Patil Public School), and Dr. Gaurav Gupta (Founder President, Global Trade and Technology Council India), among others.<\/p>\n

Vice President Padmatai Bhosale stated that these visits would help carry forward PCET\u2019s existing academic partnerships. A forward-looking vision is being cultivated on this campus.<\/p>\n

PCET Secretary Vitthal Kalbhor noted that this interactive tour opened up various avenues for academic exchange, knowledge sharing, student mobility, and institutional partnerships.<\/p>\n

PCET Treasurer Shantaram Garade mentioned that the tour aimed to forge alliances within a sustainable framework. Such interactions pave the way for achieving academic excellence and fostering innovation, industry collaborations, and international partnerships.<\/p>\n

Dr. Umesh Potdar shared details about a unique industry-academia initiative being implemented, developed through the success of Tata Motors.<\/p>\n

Dr. Gaurav Gupta highlighted how connecting government bodies, diplomatic missions, educational institutions, industries, and innovation hubs helps strengthen the entire ecosystem, providing a boost to enthusiastic partners and supporting stakeholders.<\/p>\n
