Bajaj was speaking at the “TEDx PCCOER 2026” event organized by the Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering and Research (PCCOER) of the Pimpri Chinchwad Education Trust (PCET) in Nigdi.<\/p>\n

Present on the occasion were PCET President Dnyaneshwar Landge, Vice President Padmatai Bhosale, Secretary Vitthal Kalbhor, Treasurer Shantaram Garade, Trustee Harshvardhan Patil, entrepreneurs Narendra Landge, Ajinkya Kalbhor, Executive Director Dr. Girish Desai, Training and Placement Dean Dr. Sheetalkumar Ravandale, PCCOER Director and Principal Dr. Harish Tiwari, renowned speakers Akhil Sachdeva, Kranti Redkar, Tarun Mishra, Prajakta Desai, Himanshu Zhalawadia, Neeraj Manek, Shahir Chandrakant Mane, Dr. Vijay Kotkar, Dr. Kiran Napte, coordinators Dr. Dipali Dhake, Dr. Meenal Bodke, and others.<\/p>\n

Various speakers guided the audience on the theme of “Ego,” which means self-awareness, purpose, and personal responsibility.<\/p>\n

Akhil Sachdeva said that various musical compositions have both positive and negative effects on a person’s state of mind. Life goes through stages of peace, confidence, and confusion, which are necessary parts of transformation. ‘Ego’ means gaining energy by trusting in the rhythm of life, which is punctuated by ups and downs.<\/p>\n

Kranti Redkar said that life is very beautiful, but it is important to live it before trying to understand it. Kranti Redkar said that childhood curiosity gradually gets trapped in fear and societal expectations, and that confusion and self-doubt are not failures but stages of personal growth. She added that ‘ego’ means taking responsibility for one’s own life story.<\/p>\n

Tarun Mishra stated that the number of orphanages for children and senior citizens in urban areas should be reduced, and every citizen should be empowered to stand on their own feet.<\/p>\n

Prajakta Desai said that she had an attraction towards serving the nation since childhood. She received inspiration from Sachin Tendulkar that giving 100% in the field you work in is a form of national service. Therefore, she made 100% effort to achieve her goals.<\/p>\n

Shahir Chandrakant Mane explained the meaning of ‘ego’ through his folk ballad.<\/p>\n
